GEO Global Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced Site Civil Engineer / Inspector to join our growing Site Supervision Team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities · Supervise and inspect all civil construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract documents, and applicable codes. · Monitor construction quality, workmanship, and material compliance throughout all project phases. · Review and witness inspections, material testing, and site acceptance activities. · Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and project stakeholders to resolve technical and construction-related issues. · Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests. · Prepare daily site reports, inspection reports, non-conformance reports (NCRs), snag lists, and progress updates. · Monitor project progress and ensure works are executed according to the approved schedule. · Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards on site. · Report construction deviations and recommend corrective actions where required. Qualifications & Requirements · Bachelor's degree in civil engineering. · Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in site supervision and inspection. · Previous experience with an engineering consultancy is highly preferred. · Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, construction practices, and authority regulations. · Excellent communication, coordination, and report writing skills. · Ability to manage multiple site activities while maintaining high-quality standards. · Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications. · Candidates available to join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.

Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in site supervision and inspection.

Previous experience with an engineering consultancy is highly preferred.
