Description Amazon Now is seeking an operations leader to support cluster-level operational indexing and performance tracking. The candidate will be responsible for managing dark stores and hiring and developing a team that leads day to day operations/programs. This role involves monitoring key operational metrics across dark stores, managing data accuracy for operational dashboards, and supporting the team in maintaining visibility into network health and performance. Key job responsibilities Collaborate with multiple stakeholders and launch dark stores.
