Job Summary This position goes beyond simple HR administration to serve as a strategic HR partner driving the business goals of the assigned organization. By communicating closely with business leaders, you will diagnose organizational issues and proactively plan and execute comprehensive HR solutions to contribute to business growth. What You'll Do • Business Leadership Partnering: Collaborate closely with business leaders to proactively plan and propose HR solutions that achieve business objectives. • Key Talent Acquisition & Development: Identify top talent aligned with the business unit's mid-to-long-term strategies, and operate development programs that support their successful onboarding and continuous growth. Additionally, you will establish customized career development plans to prevent the loss of core talent and strengthen employee retention. • Organizational Talent Improvement & Management: Identify top talent aligned with the business unit's strategies, and design comprehensive programs that support their successful onboarding and continuous growth. Additionally, you will establish customized Talent Development plans to prevent the loss of core talent and strengthen employee retention by fostering a culture of continuous learning. • Data-Driven HR Operations & Performance Management: Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data to diagnose organizational issues, and operate an objective and fair evaluation and compensation process based on these insights. You will continuously improve existing HR systems to maximize the operational efficiency of the business units. What You Should Have • Bachelor's Degree & HR Experience: We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree or higher and at least 8 years of practical experience. A broad understanding and execution capability across overall HR functions, including HR planning, recruitment, L&D, evaluation, and compensation, are essential. • Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving Skills: Outstanding communication skills are required to interact smoothly with employees and executives at all levels and to coordinate complex interests. You must be able to logically analyze various HR issues arising in the business field and derive practical, effective solutions. • Business Acumen & Strategic Thinking: A strong business mindset is required to deeply understand the business model and market trends of the assigned area and link them to HR strategies. You must possess a strategic mindset capable of driving organizational growth from a mid-to-long-term perspective, rather than just focusing on short-term issue resolution. ■ Preferred Qualifications • Global Communication Skills: Candidates with excellent foreign language skills (e.g., English) who can collaborate smoothly with global organizations and overseas subsidiaries are highly preferred. Experience in HR operations within a global business environment will be a significant advantage in adapting to this role. • IT/Electronics Industry & Data Analysis Experience: We prefer candidates with practical HR experience in the electronics, IT, or tech industries, possessing a strong understanding of industry characteristics and talent trends.
