SAP FICO Solution Architect

Role: SAP FICO Solution Architect Location: Dubai Years of Experience: 7 to 10 Years Notice period: Immediate to 30 Days Salary Range- 14K AED to 18K AED Project Duration :Long term Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect with a strong background in SAP FICO and retail experience. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SAP FICA functionalities and will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that meet our business needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality solutions that drive business success. Responsibilities: • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP FICO solutions. • Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions with a focus on retail processes. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives. • Lead workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions to stakeholders. • Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase. • Conduct testing and validation of SAP FICO solutions to ensure they meet business requirements. • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and user guides. • Stay updated on SAP FICO best practices and industry trends to continuously improve solutions. • Provide training and support to end users to ensure successful adoption of SAP solutions. Mandatory Skills: • Proven experience as a Solution Architect with a focus on SAP FICO. • Strong functional knowledge of SAP FICA, including configuration and implementation. • Experience in retail industry processes and requirements. • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders. • Ability to lead and mentor teams in a collaborative environment. Preferred Skills: • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and integration with other SAP modules. • Knowledge of additional SAP modules such as SD, MM, or BW. • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. • Experience in change management and user training. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP FICO with a focus on retail. • Relevant SAP certifications are a plus. • Proven track record of successful SAP implementations in a retail environment.
