Role Description We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position for an agent who is comfortable prospecting, building relationships, generating business, and managing clients throughout the complete property transaction. Key responsibilities include: • Prospecting and generating new buyer, seller, landlord, and investor leads • Qualifying clients and understanding their property and investment requirements • Conducting property viewings and presenting suitable opportunities • Advising clients on market conditions, pricing, communities, and investment opportunities • Managing property listings and maintaining accurate information across relevant platforms • Negotiating offers and working toward successful closings • Coordinating with developers, property owners, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and other brokers • Following up consistently with leads and maintaining an organized client pipeline • Maintaining accurate records through the company's CRM and internal systems • Staying informed about Dubai market trends, new project launches, regulations, pricing, and available inventory • Providing professional support throughout the buying, selling, or leasing process • Representing Park Lane Premium Properties to a high professional standard Qualifications • Previous experience in real estate, sales, business development, or another client-facing sales environment • UAE real estate experience is strongly preferred • Strong sales, prospecting, negotiation, and closing abilities • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment • Good understanding of Dubai's property market is an advantage • Fluent English is required; Arabic, Russian, French, Chinese, or other languages are an advantage • Comfortable using CRM systems, property portals, and standard office software • Ability to work full-time and on-site in Dubai • Professional appearance and strong client-facing skills Why Join Park Lane?
