🚀 WE ARE HIRING | CHIEF ACCOUNTANT Shellgrow Holiday Homes | Dubai, UAE We are looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to join our growing Holiday Homes / Property Management company in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Full-cycle accounting and financial management Monthly P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow reporting Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Bank reconciliation and cash flow control Owner settlements and monthly Owner Statements Property-level revenue & profitability tracking Control of property expenses, utilities, maintenance and supplier payments Payroll and employee payments UAE VAT & Corporate Tax compliance Financial reporting and analysis for management Coordination with auditors, tax consultants, banks and suppliers Implementation and improvement of financial control procedures 🔹 Requirements: 3–5+ years of accounting experience Previous experience as a Chief Accountant / Senior Accountant UAE accounting experience is mandatory Strong knowledge of UAE VAT & Corporate Tax Experience in Holiday Homes / Hospitality / Property Management / Real Estate is highly preferred Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills Experience with accounting software and CRM/PMS systems Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent attention to detail and high level of responsibility English — Upper-Intermediate or above ⭐ Strong Advantage: Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, Property Finder, OTA platforms, owner settlements and accounting for multiple properties. 📍 Location: Dubai, UAE 👤 Ideal Candidate: A hands-on, reliable and detail-oriented accountant who can independently manage the company’s financial operations and provide management with clear, accurate and timely financial information. 📩 How to Apply: Interested candidates are invited to send their CV to: [[email protected]] with a brief description of relevant UAE experience.
