Procurement Specialist - Technology, Digital & Market Data

We're looking for a Procurement Specialist – Technology, Digital & Market Data to join a leading banking organization in the UAE. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Support end-to-end technology sourcing and procurement activities ✅ Prepare RFx documents, commercial evaluations, and sourcing documentation ✅ Conduct pricing analysis, benchmarking, and commercial scenario modelling ✅ Research technology vendors, market trends, and commercial alternatives ✅ Track commercial outcomes, savings, and portfolio performance ✅ Maintain sourcing records and contract documentation in line with governance standards What We're Looking For: ✔ 5–7 years of experience in Technology Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Commercial Support ✔ Experience within banking, financial services, or large corporate environments ✔ Strong exposure to RFx management, commercial analysis, vendor evaluation, and sourcing documentation ✔ Knowledge of technology licensing, SaaS commercial models, and market data procurement ✔ Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field ✔ CIPS certification is an advantage ✔ Arabic language skills are a plus Show more Show less
