IT Support Engineer

As IT Support Engineer, you’ll play an important role in providing reliable day-to-day technology support across the business, helping colleagues stay productive while maintaining strong service, quality, and control standards. Responsibilities • Provide workplace technology support, end-user assistance, and corporate IT systems administration. • Support the day-to-day delivery of IT Support across the organization. • Help maintain high standards of quality, timeliness, user service, and operational control. • Execute and continuously improve IT support processes, procedures, and records. • Escalate risks and issues promptly to support a well-controlled environment. • Support audits, reviews, and regulatory requests when required. Requirements • 6+ years of hands-on experience in IT Support or a closely related discipline. • Experience working within banking, financial services, or a regulated environment is preferred. • Strong understanding of workplace technology, end-user support, and corporate IT systems. • Ability to deliver IT support work to defined standards and production quality. • Strong problem-solving skills with a user-focused and service-minded approach. • Comfortable working in a controlled environment with clear processes and documentation.
