Job Purpose: Deliver security and monitoring projects that strengthen RTA’s ITD infrastructure, meet strict compliance standards, and improve real-time threat detection, delivering on-time, on-budget results that boost cybersecurity resilience and operational efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities: • Define project scope, budgets, and risk frameworks that align with RTA security roadmaps, ISR / ISO 27001 / NIST standards, and enterprise-architecture priorities. • Develop detailed schedules, resource plans, and communication matrices, securing stakeholder endorsement and vendor commitments for each initiative. • Lead cross-functional teams and suppliers to integrate with SIEM, threat-detection, endpoint, and other required security systems, safeguarding confidentiality, integrity, and availability targets. • Monitor project performance with approved tools, manage change requests, and mitigate risks to sustain delivery quality and regulatory compliance. • Report status, KPIs, and budget variance to senior management; provide audit evidence and coordinate incident-response planning with Security & Audit. • Conduct post-implementation reviews, capture lessons learned and embed actions that streamline future project cycles. • Execute security-readiness drills and continuity exercises, producing improvement plans that strengthen resilience and stakeholder confidence.
