Marketing Execution & Planning • Deliver annual marketing and communications plans aligned with budgets, ROI, and business goals. • Track industry trends and competitors to shape new strategies. • Execute PR activities aligned with hotel marketing priorities. Content & Digital: • Oversee the creation of content (photography, video, basic editing, copy) for social media, email marketing, and website updates in collaboration with relevant departments. • Social media management for hotel, F&B and spa (content calendars creation). Brand & Creative • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints (signage, collateral, experiences, B2B & B2C, photography, videography). • Roll out global/regional campaigns using brand toolkits. • Manage visual assets—photo, video, and graphics—per brand guidelines. Public & Media Relations • Execute PR/media plans for F&B, rooms, spa, events. • Maintain updated media kits (fact sheets, bios, imagery, content). • Support press visits, events, and FAM trips to elevate visibility. • Draft releases, articles, and statements for storytelling. • Maintain media lists, monitor coverage, and report ROI. • Respond to media queries and support crisis comms. Campaigns & Activations • Execute integrated campaigns across channels, in line with brand and annual plans. • Activate sponsorships, partnerships, and events to drive engagement. • Analyze performance and optimize based on insights. Partners & Promotions • Manage daily coordination with partners and PR agencies. • Oversee hotel participation in tourism board promotions and key collaborations. Budget & Performance • Monitor marketing spend and ensure budget discipline. • Report on campaign results, media coverage, and ROI. Cross-Functional Alignment • Align with Sales, Rooms, F&B, Spa, and Events for integrated marketing campaigns. Admin & Reporting • Organize marketing assets and reports archive. • Share media calendars, campaign updates, and summaries. • Conduct daily media monitoring and share clippings with relevant teams. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3-5 years of hands-on Marketing and PR experience in luxury hospitality. • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with attention to detail. • Experience managing agency relationships and coordinating multi‑channel campaigns. • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. • Knowledge in brand communication tools and platforms. Experience in media relations, press release writing, event planning, content creation, and managing design and production of marketing collaterals. • Familiarity with basic design software (Canva, Adobe Suite). • Great aesthetic sense. • Commercial acumen.
