Cinemacity UAE
Cinemacity is hiring a Guest Experience Agent for 1927 — Abu Dhabi's first private cinema and lounge club of its kind. This is the face of the house: the first point of human contact for every member and prospect who walks through our doors, calls, or inquires. Guest Experience Agent (Arabic Speaker) — 1927 Private Members Club 📍 Marina Mall, Abu Dhabi · Full-Time We are looking specifically for a fluent Arabic speaker who can bring the warmth of luxury hospitality together with the operational precision of a world-class members' club. Job Responsibilities: • Host & welcome — greet members and guests by name, anticipate their needs, and represent the 1927 brand at every arrival, event night, and VIP moment. • Manage inquiries & follow-ups — own phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in touchpoints; reach out to guests within 24 hours post-visit; log every interaction accurately in the CRM. • Support the membership pipeline — identify warm leads, conduct discovery conversations, and lead curated tours that communicate the club's concept, spaces, and membership value. • Run box office & reservations — process bookings, seat changes, and screening confirmations; keep records reconciled and departments aligned on the day's guest flow. • Coordinate across the house — act as the link between Restaurant & Lounge, Cinema Operations, and Events, relaying reservations, special requests, and VIP arrangements in real time. • Usher & maintain standards — guide guests to their seats, manage latecomers with discretion, and ensure every screening meets 1927 standards. What we're looking for • Fluent Arabic and English (written and spoken) — essential. • A natural, guest-first instinct and the ability to read a room. • Strong organisation and CRM/data literacy under pressure. • Impeccable presentation and an understanding of luxury private members' club expectations. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and events. Qualifications & Background • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred. A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required, with relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree. • Experience: 3 years in a guest-facing role — luxury hospitality, hotels, private clubs, fine dining, aviation, or premium retail. Experience in a members' club or five-star environment is a strong advantage. • Languages: Fluent Arabic and English (spoken and written) — essential. Additional languages are an advantage. • Systems: Familiarity with CRM tools and reservation/booking systems (e.g. SevenRooms) is preferred; strong general computer literacy required. • Availability: Must be able to work rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and event days. • Location: Currently based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate; valid UAE residency or eligibility to work in the UAE. If you take pride in making people feel genuinely looked after — and you want to help shape the culture of a club at its founding — we'd love to hear from you. Show more Show less
