Senior Business Development Manager - Forex

Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships. • Acquire and manage a portfolio of traders, Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners. • Understand clients' trading objectives and recommend tailored brokerage solutions, trading platforms, and partnership programs. • Present the company's products, services, trading conditions, and value proposition with confidence and professionalism. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to maximize client retention and business growth. • Maintain accurate records of prospects, clients, and sales activities within the CRM system. • Collaborate closely with Dealing, Compliance, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, webinars, and exhibitions. Requirements • Proven experience in Business Development or Sales within a Forex / CFD brokerage. • Strong understanding of FX, CFDs, brokerage operations, and trading platforms such as MT4/MT5. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. • Experience managing sales pipelines and CRM systems. • Existing network of traders, Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, or financial partners is highly desirable. • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and convert leads into revenue. • Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events when required.
