Headquartered in Dubai with a well-established footprint across the UK and UAE markets, the group operates through a multi-entity, cross-border structure. Our strategic corporate, family office and tax direction is handled entirely by the founders alongside an established panel of external advisory firms (including UK and UAE chartered accountants). We are seeking a Finance Operations Manager to run the operational financial engine underneath them. The Role Dynamics This is an execution and oversight role, not a strategic consulting position. Your mission is to maintain a high standard of accuracy and operational discipline across our entities. You will oversee our established in-house bookkeeping team, reviewing their day-to-day outputs while acting as the primary operational bridge to our external UK and UAE accounting firms. Key Responsibilities • Oversight & Quality Control: Supervise and review the day-to-day data entry, reconciliations, and payroll executed by the in-house bookkeeping team to ensure accurate and timely monthly management accounts. • Intercompany & Structure Administration: Administer the documentation and execution of cross-border intercompany arrangements - including management charges, service fees, and cost allocations, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and evidenced in line with advisor guidance. • Advisory Liaison & Compliance Coordination: Act as the day-to-day point of contact for our external UK and UAE tax and legal advisors. Coordinate document production and information requests for routine filings and ongoing regulatory matters, ensuring all data is fully verified before it is sent to advisors. • Banking & Payment Infrastructure: Support day-to-day international banking relationships and oversee payment processor reconciliations (e.g., Stripe) to ensure efficient settlement into core operating accounts. Required Qualifications & ExperienceEssential (Must Haves) • Professional Qualification: Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CPA, ACA, or equivalent). • Experience: 3+ years of relevant finance experience, including exposure to multi-entity or international cross-border environments. • Tax Knowledge: Working familiarity with UK and UAE tax/VAT frameworks. Familiarity with foundations, trusts and family offices. • Team Supervision: Demonstrated experience supervising, reviewing, or quality-controlling the work of junior accountants or bookkeepers. • Advisory Liaison: Direct experience coordinating with external tax, legal, or corporate advisors. • Core Skills: Advanced Excel skills and professional fluency in written and verbal English. • Attributes: Exceptionally organized, comfortable operating within a clearly defined execution-led remit, and possessing a high level of discretion. Highly Desirable (Nice to Haves) • Experience managing online payment platforms (e.g., Stripe). • Prior experience working within a digital learning, education, or consulting business. Compensation & Benefits • Fixed All-Inclusive Salary: AED 360,000 / annum The salary is a single fixed all-inclusive monthly figure. There is no separate housing or transport allowance - all cash compensation is consolidated into the amount above.
