China State Construction Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting Construction Managers to join our Construction Team in a newly awarded large-scale project in Dubai, UAE. Duties and Responsibilities: • Ensure that construction activities move according to pre-determined schedule and budget. • Review the project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed. • Check optimum utilization of resources (Labor, materials, and equipment). • Development of effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts among the various participants. • Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis and hold regular status meetings with all the sub-teams. • Review and propose the project work plans and make revisions when need arises • Coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in the project, which include the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors. • Managing the budget, tracking of expenses, and minimizing exposure and risk in the project. • Obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities and Ensure Valid NOC from concerned authorities. • Ensuring Comply with applicable legal and other requirements to which the company subscribes which relate to its QEHS aspects. • Ensure project documents are complete, and review site’s reports. • Regular inspection of construction sites. • Ensuring client satisfaction by monitoring the feedback of clients and consultants. • Carrying out and attending regular meetings with the client and the consultant. • Participate in any QEHS training and awareness needs to staff to enable them to carry out their job’s responsibility and ensure accountability for QEHS performance at all levels in the company.
