Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join a growing organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Recovery, along with hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Candidates from the Construction or Trading industry will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities • Manage the complete Accounts Receivable cycle. • Oversee collections and recovery activities to ensure timely receipt of payments. • Monitor customer aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts. • Perform account reconciliations and resolve customer account discrepancies. • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies. • Prepare financial reports related to receivables and cash flow. • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP for day-to-day accounting operations. • Collaborate with internal departments to improve collection efficiency and business performance. • Lead and support team members while fostering a collaborative work environment. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. • CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred. • Proven experience as a Senior Accountant. • Strong background in Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Recovery. • Mandatory experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP. • Prior experience in the Construction or Trading sector. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Strong managerial, leadership, and team-player capabilities. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • High attention to detail and analytical skills.
