Senior Site Engineer

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for supervising and executing on-site construction activities to ensure the successful delivery of our new project in Abu Dhabi. You’ll coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and consultants to monitor progress, maintain quality standards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Leveraging your international experience, you will contribute to efficient problem-solving, resource management, and the timely completion of project milestones in line with company objectives. Job Responsibilities: • Prepare and support the planning of activities concerned with the operation and construction and determine labor and material requirements to meet project deadlines. • Manage workers and monitor the functioning of loaders for the backfilling of buildings to match the compaction test. • Coordinate and communicate the drawings with workers for woodwork in order to get required approvals and avoid discrepancies. • Draft progress reports and variation reports to ensure an accurate information system. • Intervene, when needed, to monitor compliance with standards and client expectations. • Conduct maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, or supply of materials required to maintain machines or equipment in the prescribed condition. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. • 7 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably within tourism and hospitality projects • Excellent command of English language. • Proficiency in CAD software-Autodesk AutoCAD.
