Construction Manager (Fit-Out)

I'm currently working with a leading fit-out contractor in Abu Dhabi looking to appoint a Construction Manager to lead the delivery of high-end interior fit-out projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced site environment and has a proven track record of delivering commercial, hospitality, residential or F&B fit-out projects from mobilisation through to handover. Responsibilities • Lead the site delivery of multiple interior fit-out projects. • Manage Site Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors to ensure programmes are achieved. • Coordinate all site activities, ensuring quality, safety and productivity are maintained. • Liaise with clients, consultants and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project specifications. • Drive health & safety standards across all sites. Requirements • Proven experience as a Construction Manager within the UAE fit-out sector. • Strong background delivering high-end interior fit-out projects. • Experience managing multiple subcontractors and site teams. • Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies, QA/QC and HSE procedures. • Strong leadership, communication and client-facing skills. • Must currently be based in the UAE. • Abu Dhabi experience is highly advantageous.
