We’re partnered with a leading global hedge fund managing over $10bn in AUM, looking to expand their Fixed Income team. The firm employs a diversified multi-strategy approach spanning both systematic and fundamental strategies. Key Requirements: • Proven, live and scalable Fixed Income RV, cross asset vol, or Macro strategies. • Demonstrable track record of consistent profitability, ideally generating $20m+ annual PnL. • Prior or current experience at a top-performing multi-strategy hedge fund or proprietary trading platform. • Open to candidates based in or willing to relocate to UAE. • Exceptional risk discipline, execution capability, and process clarity. • Sub-PMs or senior traders with a clearly defined, replicable approach ready for independent deployment will also be considered.
