Financial Accountant – Real Estate

Finan Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Financial Accountant to join our real estate company in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in accounting within the UAE real estate industry and be knowledgeable in UAE VAT, IFRS, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day accounting operations. • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports. • Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. • Prepare and file UAE VAT returns. • Record and reconcile property sales, rental income, commissions, and other real estate transactions. • Process agent commissions and maintain accurate financial records. • Assist with budgeting, audits, and cash flow management. • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company policies. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience in the UAE. • Mandatory experience in a UAE real estate company. • Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, IFRS, and financial reporting. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
