Information Technology Business Analyst

Food People has partnered with a leading FMCG business to recruit an IT Business Analyst based in Dubai. This role will act as the bridge between Finance and IT, ensuring SAP effectively supports key business processes across Finance while also providing support to HR and Legal functions. The successful candidate will play an important role in driving process improvements, translating business requirements into technology solutions, and partnering with stakeholders to maximise the value of SAP across the business. Key Responsibilities • Partner closely with the Finance team to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions • Provide functional support across SAP FICO and core Finance processes • Support and optimise Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes • Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical IT teams • Support SAP SuccessFactors for HR-related processes and provide limited support for Legal documentation • Identify opportunities to improve business processes and system efficiencies through SAP • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP business issues while ensuring timely support to end users • Work collaboratively with Finance, HR and IT teams to deliver continuous process improvements • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and ensure technology solutions align with business objectives Key Ingredients • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related discipline • 6–7 years of UAE experience. • Strong hands-on experience supporting SAP FICO in an end-user environment • Experience working directly with Finance stakeholders and business users • Experience within FMCG is required. • Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors is highly desirable • Experience across both SAP implementation and ongoing business support is advantageous • Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills • Candidate must be based in UAE Please apply only if you match the requirements of the role and note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
