• Develop, qualify, and approve NDT procedures. • Establish techniques and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (ASME, AWS, ASTM, etc.) • Procedure demonstration by validating PAUT and TOFD blocks, as per the customer requirements and codes/standards. • Review Inspection reports and certificates • Train and supervise Level I and II technicians as per Company written practice • Ensure personnel understand procedures and techniques thoroughly. • Maintain and audit quality manuals and NDT documentation. • Resolve Day to day problems at site in coordination with Cleint. • Conduct detailed reviews and approvals of inspection data to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements and industry standards. • Develop, prepare, and approve procedures for all Advanced NDT related services, as per the customer requirements and codes/standards. • Carry out investigation and provide correction / corrective actions for non- conformances/customer complaints. • Carryout technical audits / witness monitoring.
