Mechanical Engineer – Drafting

Location: Sharjah, UAE Experience: 3 12 Years Job Summary • We are looking for a Mechanical Draughtsman with experience in the Water & Wastewater Treatment industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in STP projects and be proficient in preparing detailed mechanical drawings for water treatment plants, pumping stations, and related infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and update mechanical drawings using AutoCAD based on engineering inputs. • Incorporate design revisions and ensure compliance with project standards and specifications. • Coordinate with civil, structural, and process teams for accurate, clash-free designs. • Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and prepare as-built drawings. • Provide drawing support and clarifications during project execution. Requirements • Diploma, ITI, or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering. • 3 12 years of experience as a Mechanical Draughtsman in Water & Wastewater/STP projects. • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D; knowledge of Revit, BIM, or Navisworks is an advantage. • Experience with MEP systems, P&IDs, pumping stations, and technical drawings. • Good communication and coordination skills.
