Drool Group is looking for a warm, professional, and service-oriented Receptionist to join our growing team in Dubai. As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service while supporting the daily operations of one of the UAE's fastest-growing pet services groups. At Drool Group, we bring together grooming, boarding, daycare, training, transport, retail, and veterinary care across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. We're passionate about delivering exceptional care to every pet and every pet parent. What You'll Do • Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism. • Manage appointments, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails. • Coordinate with grooming, boarding, training, and veterinary teams. • Process invoices and payments accurately. • Maintain client and pet records. • Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction. What We're Looking For • Previous UAE experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred. • Excellent spoken and written English. • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. • Comfortable working around dogs and cats of all breeds and sizes. • Positive attitude with a genuine passion for animals and customer service. • Experience in the pet industry, hospitality, or premium service environments is an advantage but not essential.
