Role Description This full-time remote role combines responsibilities of a Financial Analyst, Investment Analyst, and Research Analyst. The analyst will conduct in-depth investment research, including company, sector, and macroeconomic analysis, to support portfolio decisions and strategic recommendations. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining financial models, analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, preparing reports and presentations, and monitoring market trends and investment performance. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders, contributing to investment strategies, and presenting findings in a clear, concise manner. The analyst is expected to work independently, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and maintain high standards of accuracy and professionalism. Qualifications • Strong foundation in Finance and Investments, with a solid understanding of financial statements, valuation methods, and capital markets. • Proficiency in Investment Research and Investment Strategies, including the ability to evaluate opportunities, risks, and portfolio impacts. • Excellent Analytical Skills, including data analysis, financial modeling, and problem-solving using quantitative and qualitative approaches. • Comfort with remote work, including strong self-management, time management, and clear written and verbal communication. • Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling tools; familiarity with data platforms or investment research tools is beneficial. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA or progress toward it) are a plus. • Ability to synthesize complex information into concise insights and present recommendations to non-technical audiences. • High ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous learning about markets and investment products.
