Role: Technical Project Manager Experience: 15+yrs Must have: Banking exp, project management, Datawarehouse, data governance Job purpose We, at Datamatics, are looking out for Technical Project Manager[Data expert] Professionals to join our DT team Responsibilities • Understand the business requirement and project • Define the project scope, estimation of resources and timelines, goals, deliverables & measures of success • Ensure the team is thoroughly trained on application / technology • Conduct and oversee project implementation and evaluate the progress regularly • Ensures all project information is appropriately documented • Track deliverables; Monitor and report on project(s) progress to client/stakeholders • Ensure execution and quality of the work basis set benchmarks • Manage team and client issues / escalations / impediments to effective closures. • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs • Contribute to continuous improvement • Ensure process / product quality parameters compliance • Manage budget & allocate project resources • Maintain project margins and profitability, ensuring zero revenue leakage • People, Client and Stakeholder management • Support in presales & create / review estimations • Act as a mentor for technical solutions as and when required • Provide Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence subject matter expertise and leadership Requirement: • Required Minimum10years of experience with 5 to 8 years of project management experience. • 5+ years hands on experience with managing and leading data warehouse projects preferably with Banking experience • Experience in managing support projects in Data is a plus • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients, project team members, supervisors, and employees from other departments. • Strong knowledge and hands on experience in data warehouse. • Excellent conflict resolution skills is required. • Strong interpersonal skills Show more Show less
