About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Guest Relations Executive to join the Food and Beverage team at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Your key responsibilities will include: • Ensure the hostess desk is always manned, greeting guests promptly and escorting them as needed, while being knowledgeable about the menu to answer any queries. • Schedule dining reservations and arrange special requests following the Restaurant Reservations SOP, using the F&B Enquiry/Booking checklist to ensure accuracy. • Address any guest complaints quickly and gather feedback to ensure satisfaction and continuously improve service. • Maintain guest privacy by adhering to confidentiality protocols and ensuring accurate documentation of guest data and history. • Maintain knowledge of the dining room layout, table numbers, stations, and colleagues working during each shift. • Support team efforts by assisting with training, cleaning, and inventory tasks, while ensuring adherence to Jumeirah standards for luxurious service delivery. About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications, experience, and skills: • Microsoft Office (Basic Knowledge) • Micros, Epicure Restaurant Reservation system • Highschool diploma or Secondary education • Proficient in English (Read/Write/ Speak - Essential) • Proficient in additional language (Preferred: Read/Write/Speak) • 1-2 years’ experience in guests service-related work in a 5-star hotel in Casual/All Day Dining About the Benefits We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
