At Styli, we aim to revolutionize fashion retail and bring unique experiences to our customers. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented IT Support & Network Support Engineer to join our IT team in Dubai. You will be the first point of contact for end-user technology needs and the hands-on owner of our office IT and network infrastructure. This role blends day-to-day user support with infrastructure and network device administration, Google Workspace (GWS) management, and the resolution of a broad range of IT service requests. You will keep our people productive, our office connected, and our systems secure and reliable. What You'll Do: End-User Support & Service Desk • Act as the first point of contact for end-user IT queries — triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and service requests across hardware, software, and connectivity. • Provide desktop, laptop, and peripheral support across Windows and MacOS, including setup, imaging, configuration, and ongoing troubleshooting. • Manage the IT ticketing queue — log, prioritise, track, and close requests within agreed SLAs, with clear and timely user communication. • Handle employee onboarding and offboarding — device provisioning, account creation, access setup, and clean deprovisioning. • Create and maintain knowledge-base articles, FAQs, and how-to guides to enable self-service and reduce repeat tickets. Office IT Infrastructure • Own and maintain the office IT environment — workstations, printers, conference room AV, and shared peripherals — ensuring high availability. • Manage and monitor on-premise infrastructure such as local servers, NAS, UPS, and endpoint management tooling. • Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory — tracking hardware, software licenses, and lifecycle from procurement to retirement. • Ensure endpoint security and compliance — patching, antivirus/EDR, disk encryption, and device management (MDM). • Coordinate meeting-room and collaboration technology (video conferencing, displays, and audio) for a seamless workplace experience. Network & Network Device Support • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices — routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points (Wi-Fi). • Monitor LAN/WAN, VLANs, and internet links, proactively identifying and resolving connectivity, latency, and bandwidth issues. • Support and troubleshoot VPN access and secure remote connectivity for staff. • Liaise with ISPs and network vendors to manage circuits, escalations, and outages, ensuring minimal downtime. • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and configuration backups for all critical devices. Google Workspace (GWS) Administration • Administer Google Workspace — user and group management, organizational units, email routing, and shared drives. • Configure and enforce security and access policies — 2-Step Verification, SSO, mobile device management, and DLP rules. • Manage licensing, provisioning, and deprovisioning of GWS accounts in line with the joiner-mover-leaver process. • Support Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Meet, and other GWS apps, troubleshooting issues and optimizing configurations for the business. • Monitor the Admin Console, audit logs, and security alerts to maintain compliance and respond to incidents. IT Service Requests & Continuous Improvement • Fulfil a broad range of IT service requests — access provisioning, software installation, license assignment, and account changes. • Identify recurring issues and drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual effort and toil. • Support IT policy adherence, security awareness, and best practices across the office. • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for hardware repairs, replacements, and procurement. IT Procurement, Assets & Spend Management • Own IT procurement end to end — gathering requirements, sourcing quotes, raising purchase requests, and coordinating with vendors and the finance team for approvals and delivery. • Maintain comprehensive IT asset management — track hardware and software assets across their full lifecycle (procurement, deployment, maintenance, and retirement/disposal) with accurate records. • Administer tools and application access management — provision, modify, and revoke access to business tools and SaaS platforms in line with role-based access and the joiner-mover-leaver process. • Manage software license usage — monitor allocation and consumption, reclaim unused licenses, ensure compliance, and right-size subscriptions to avoid waste. • Track and optimise IT spend — maintain visibility of recurring costs and renewals, identify savings opportunities, and support budgeting and cost-reporting for IT services and subscriptions. • Maintain vendor and contract records — renewal dates, SLAs, and points of contact — to ensure timely renewals and continuity of service. Required Skills • 3–6 years of hands-on experience in IT support, network support, or a similar end-user and infrastructure support role. • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS, common business applications, and hardware/peripheral issues. • Solid working knowledge of networking fundamentals — TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi-Fi, VPN, and firewall basics. • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting network devices (routers, switches, access points, firewalls). • Proven experience administering Google Workspace (GWS) via the Admin Console — user, group, and security management. • Familiarity with IT ticketing/service desk tools and ITSM practices (incident, request, and asset management). • Experience with endpoin
