Trust Lawyer (Russian Speaker) – UAE Based Candidates

Candidate must be Currently based in the UAE with valid UAE residency status. Key Responsibilities • Draft, review, and amend Trust Deeds, trust agreements, and related legal documentation. • Develop and maintain legal precedents, templates, and documentation for the Trust Division. • Provide legal advice on trust structures, fiduciary services, and trust products. • Manage AML/CFT compliance requirements, including CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, and goAML reporting. • Conduct internal compliance reviews, risk assessments, and regulatory checks. • Support preparation of trust accounts, compliance documentation, and regulatory manuals. • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on trust law, trust products, and compliance obligations. • Support the development of new trust products and stay updated on international tax and regulatory developments. Requirements Candidate must be Currently based in the UAE with valid UAE residency status. • Immediate availability preferred. • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification. • Experience in trust law, corporate law, private client services, fiduciary services, or financial services law. • Strong understanding of UAE AML/CFT regulations and Free Zone compliance requirements. • Experience with CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, and goAML reporting is an advantage. • Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and advisory skills. • Ability to speak and understand Russian is prefered. Working Conditions • Location: Dubai, UAE • Working Days: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM • Salary: AED 18,000 – AED 20,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications) • Benefits: Annual air ticket, medical insurance, and benefits as per UAE Labour Law.
