• Key Responsibilities • Own the end-to-end product roadmap and vision for the brand, and translate priorities into clear, well-scoped PRDs. • Manage a multi-currency, multi-language storefront (including Arabic/RTL) across multiple GCC countries, covering catalogue, pricing, promotions, payments and localisation. • Drive platform delivery on commerce platform, including upgrades, migrations and third-party integrations (OMS, search, payments, CRM and analytics tools). • Run agile delivery cycles, uphold release and quality gates, and partner with QA on testing, sign-off and security checks. • Maintain platform stability, targeting zero critical (P0/P1) outages while continuing to ship new features. • Own commercial outcomes for the brand, improving conversion, units per transaction and fulfilment, while improving gross to net ratio. • Manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, vendors and delivery partners, and represent the brand in leadership/steering reviews. • Requirements • Hands-on experience with live transactional e-commerce platforms. • Hands-on experience with commerce platform. • Experience managing a multi-region, multi-language storefront, ideally including Arabic/RTL markets. • Good understanding of analytics tools such as GA4, Firebase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. • Strong understanding of core commerce flows: product listing/detail pages, cart & checkout, pricing & promotions, returns, order management, search and payments. • Skilled in writing PRDs and running agile delivery (Jira/Confluence), with working knowledge of analytics and A/B testing. • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to operate as the single accountable owner for a brand. • Nice to Have • Experience in GCC or multi-country e-commerce operations. • Knowledge of Arabic / RTL customer journeys. • Experience with mobile apps, PWA, loyalty, CRM, personalization, A/B testing, or search platforms. • Understanding of payment methods such as Apple Pay, BNPLs, regional payments, cards, COD, or wallets. • Basic SQL, Excel, or data analysis skills.
