Part-Time IELTS Preparation Teacher (Native English Speaker)

Our mission is to empower learners to achieve academic, personal, and professional success Key Responsibilities: • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English language lessons tailored to individual student needs • Teach core skills including reading, writing, speaking, and listening • Develop and adapt lesson plans based on student level, goals, and progress • Create interactive and stimulating learning materials and activities • Assess student performance regularly through assignments, tests, and informal evaluations • Provide clear, constructive, and timely feedback to support improvement • Track and report student progress and maintain accurate records • Support students in building confidence and fluency in English • Encourage critical thinking, participation, and independent learning • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment • Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and learning objectives • Collaborate with team members to enhance curriculum and teaching strategies • Stay updated on best practices in English language teaching Requirements • Native or native-level English proficiency • Minimum 1–3 years of IELTS teaching experience, including preparation for Academic and General Training modules • Strong lesson planning and classroom management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience working with students of different ages and proficiency levels • Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles • Patient, approachable, and passionate about education • Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred) • TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is a plus • Available to work on-site in JLT and Business Bay, Dubai • Willing to work evening shifts (5:00 PM – 9:00 PM) Show more Show less
