Position Title: CFO – Group of Companies Employment Type: Full Time Salary AED: Depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A leading diversified business groups, delivering innovative engineering, energy, infrastructure, technology, and industrial solutions globally. Job Description: • Lead the company's overall financial strategy, corporate planning, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, and capital management to maximize profitability and support long-term business growth across the Oil & Gas and Energy division. • Oversee financial reporting, compliance, taxation, risk management, internal controls, audits, and corporate governance while ensuring adherence to IFRS and local regulatory requirements. • Drive commercial and operational performance by partnering with executive management on project financing, investment evaluations, M&A opportunities, contract negotiations, and strategic business decisions. • Build and lead a high-performing finance organization, managing banking relationships, cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements for large-scale EPC, energy, and industrial projects. Qualifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or Master's Degree is highly preferred. • CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent internationally recognized professional qualification is mandatory. • Minimum 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including 8+ years in a CFO, Finance Director, or equivalent executive role within the Oil & Gas, Energy, EPC, Industrial, Power, or Heavy Engineering sectors. • Experience working in the Middle East/GCC is highly preferred. Exposure to Iraq's Oil & Gas or Energy sector will be considered a significant advantage.
