About Your Team Our Commercial team is dedicated to delivering value, cost certainty, and commercial excellence across every stage of our projects. Working collaboratively with project, design, and procurement teams, we drive effective cost management, contract administration, and risk mitigation to ensure successful project delivery and sustainable business growth. Your Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will • Prepare and review measurements, BOQs and valuations. • Support procurement, subcontract administration and payment assessments. • Monitor project costs, variations and change management. • Prepare commercial reports, forecasts and final accounts. • Liaise with project, design and procurement teams to achieve commercial objectives. • Ensure compliance with company procedures, contracts and governance. • Apply technical expertise appropriate to the role level. • Undertake any other reasonable duties as required by management.
