Overview Of The Role: • The Business Analyst is responsible for facilitating data-driven analysis to identify opportunities, analyze, visualize, and deliver insights to support business and management decisions. Success in this role requires excellent analytical skills, excitement about working with data and numbers, and the ability to generate visual insights that influence management's direction. The job involves direct liaison with various teams such as Aftersales Performance Office, Site Aftersales Management, HO Management, Brand and Marketing, Finance, Payroll, and HR, emphasizing clear communication and detailed reporting skills. What You Will Do: General • Prepare and circulate Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS reports for the business to Management and Key Stakeholders with 100% accuracy and timely submission. • Generate and analyze business-specific reports and support the Planning Team to automate existing planning documents in Tableau, Alteryx, and Power BI, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. • Schedule, prepare, and arrange meetings with channels and key stakeholders to identify pain points with significant business impacts, maintaining monthly meetings. • Generate and analyze various business-specific reports and publish them to stakeholders, ensuring timely submission and accuracy. • Conduct simulations of Sales incentives as per the Incentive policy and ensure timely and accurate reporting. • Communicate clearly on the Incentive break-up to related stakeholders in Sales, HR, Finance, and Accounts with monthly reviews and 100% accuracy. • Provide ongoing C4C system training, guidance, and support to reinforce best practices and drive consistent process adoption, with monthly reporting and reviews on training outcomes. • Utilize C4C analytics and system usage trends to identify inefficiencies, improvement opportunities, and risks impacting business outcomes with clear monthly feedback on areas of improvements. Required Skills To Be Successful: • Strong analytical and data-driven outlook with excellent planning and communication skills. • Operational efficiency with ability to quickly assess situations, recommend actions, and act promptly. • Proficiency in managing complex data structures using Microsoft Office, Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. What Qualifies You For The Role: • Bachelor's Degree is required. • Minimum 5 years of experience, including 3 years preferably in Automotive industry. • Proven experience in big data handling and operational decision making. • Strong experience with Microsoft Office, Tableau, Power BI, and Alteryx for data analytics and visualization.
