Job Purpose: To lead the execution of financial reporting integration activities for the acquired subsidiary and ensure timely implementation of Group accounting policies, consolidation processes, regulatory reporting requirements, management reporting frameworks, controls and finance systems integration. This role acts as the key delivery lead across the Finance Integration workstream scope covering IFRS 3, IFRS transition, consolidation, regulatory reporting, MI, systems and controls. Key Accountabilities: The role will be accountable for: • IFRS & Accounting Integration • Consolidation & Close Integration • Regulatory Reporting and Basel capital calculations Integration • MI & Performance Reporting Integration of Management Reporting Work Experience • 10–12 years experience. • Banking finance and reporting environment. • Strong IFRS exposure. • Experience of large transformation or integration projects. • Exposure to India market / RBI regulations / Ind AS strongly preferred Education & Professional Certifications • CA / ACA / CPA (mandatory) • Strong grounding in IFRS 3 and IFRS 9 Knowledge and Skills • Deep expertise in: • Business combinations (IFRS 3) • Cross-border financial reporting integration • Ability to manage dual regulatory environments (UAE–India) • Strong technical accounting judgment under audit scrutiny • Experience in complex system and data integration environments Show more Show less
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field; 5 - 7 years of relevant experience; Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.); Detail-oriented and analytical.
Lead financial meetings; Complete financial accounting and forecasting; Deliver reports and metrics to leadership.
