Role Description The Fit Out Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai and may travle to Iraq on project base, responsible for overseeing interior fit out for hospitality projects from planning through completion. This role manages project timelines, resources, and budgets, coordinating with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure deliverables meet design specifications and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring site progress, conducting inspections, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and local regulatory requirements. The Fit Out Project Manager will also handle material expediting, logistics coordination, and reporting on project status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders. The role requires proactive leadership to keep projects on schedule and aligned with client expectations. Qualifications • Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination. • Ability to travel and work between Dubai and Baghdad. • Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment. • Inspection experience to review workmanship, verify compliance with drawings and specifications, and ensure quality standards. • Proven experience managing interior fit out projects, preferably within consultancy or construction environments in the Gulf region. • Strong understanding of interior design and architectural drawings, technical details, and fit out processes. • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and time management. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage. • Familiarity with local building codes, HSE requirements, and fit out regulations in Dubai.
