Combining local market expertise, data-driven insights, and personalised advisory, we help local and international investors identify high-potential opportunities, maximise returns, and build sustainable real estate portfolios in Dubai. We are looking for a skilled and commercially focused Content Writer to join our in-house Marketing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will create engaging and accurate content for social media, websites, property campaigns, email marketing, presentations, recruitment initiatives, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities · Write content for social media, websites, property campaigns, email marketing, and presentations. · Create property descriptions, campaign copy, captions, articles, video scripts, and corporate content. · Produce clear and commercially focused content aligned with the OneLink Properties brand. · Conduct property, location, market, competitor, and real estate research. · Proofread and edit content for accuracy, grammar, clarity, and consistency. · Apply SEO principles to website, article, landing-page, and campaign content. · Coordinate with the Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer and Video Editor, Performance Marketing Specialist, and Sales teams. · Support property launches, recruitment campaigns, employer branding, and leadership content. Requirements · Three to five years of professional content-writing experience. · Excellent English copywriting, proofreading, editing, and storytelling skills. · Strong grammar, research, and fact-checking abilities. · Good knowledge of SEO content-writing principles. · Experience writing for digital campaigns, websites, social media, and email marketing. · Experience in Dubai real estate or the luxury sector is preferred. · Arabic or additional language skills would be an advantage. · A strong writing portfolio is required.
