The International Field Operations Manager role is responsible for executing the strategies of new market & new licensee/franchisee launch, operations and training development within a designated region. This role will work with the regional business and cross-functional teams to develop, evaluate, optimize and drive results for in-restaurant operations and training execution that meets standards at Inspire Brands and drives profitability for our licensees/franchisees. Responsibilities New Market Launch • Lead cross-functional team to launch new brands and new licensees/franchisees within your designated region following brand strategies and standards set forth by Inspire Brands. • Plans and manages all support for operations and training during new market or new licensee/franchisee launches. Operations & Training • Evaluate licensee/franchisee operations and training plans within your designated region. Conduct all required audits and market visits in a timely manner and document accordingly. Escalate issues appropriately. • Utilize advanced technologies and LMS platforms to enhance operations and training development in the field. • Monitor and troubleshoot operational and training KPI’s. Develop action plans or provide recognition according to the results. Education Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree, Equivalent certification or related field Experience Qualification 5+ yrs Restaurant Operations, Training, and Project Management 2+ yrs Multi-unit experience in Restaurant Operations or Training REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS Or ABILITIES • Global Learning and Development Expertise: • In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies. • Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs on a regional scale. • Planning and Execution: • Ability to execute learning strategies aligned with organizational goals and market launch plans. • Proficiency in project management, including planning, execution, and evaluation of training initiatives. • Cross-Cultural Competence: • Strong understanding of diverse cultural dynamics and business practices in international markets. • Ability to adapt training and communication styles to suit various cultural contexts. • Leadership and Influence: • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others. • Capacity to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: • Ability to analyze complex situations, identify learning needs, and develop effective solutions. • Skill in assessing the effectiveness of training programs and making data-driven improvements. • Language, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills: • Proficiency in English is essential; additional language skills relevant to key markets are highly advantageous. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas. • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship-building and stakeholder engagement. • Technology Proficiency: • Familiarity with advanced learning technologies and Learning Management Systems (LMS). • Ability to leverage technology to enhance learning experiences and track program effectiveness. • Budget and Resource Management: • Experience in managing budgets and allocating resources efficiently. • Skill in overseeing financial aspects of training programs, particularly in new market launches. • Adaptability and Resilience: • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and environments. • Resilience in facing challenges and navigating complex market entry scenarios. • Regulatory Compliance and Brand Alignment: • Knowledge of international regulatory compliance related to training and market launches. • Commitment to upholding brand standards and protecting trademark integrity.
