Trust Lawyer (Russian/German/Spanish Speaker) -Must be in UAE

Location: JLT, Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Trust Lawyer to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support the Trust Division through legal drafting, trust administration, regulatory compliance, risk management, and advisory services. The role requires strong knowledge of trust law, corporate structures, fiduciary services, and UAE AML/CFT requirements. Key Responsibilities Trust & Legal Advisory • Draft, review, and amend Trust Deeds, trust agreements, and related legal documents. • Provide legal guidance on trust structures, fiduciary arrangements, and corporate matters. • Develop and maintain legal templates, precedents, and standard documentation. • Support the establishment and administration of trust structures in compliance with applicable regulations. • Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting trusts and wealth structuring. Compliance & Risk Management • Ensure compliance with UAE AML/CFT regulations and applicable regulatory requirements. • Conduct CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, and ongoing client monitoring. • Support goAML reporting requirements where applicable. • Assist with compliance reviews, risk assessments, and internal policies. Operations & Advisory Support • Review trust accounts and related documentation. • Support trust product development and enhancement initiatives. • Provide guidance and training to internal teams on trust law and compliance matters. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification. • Proven experience in Trust Law, Corporate Law, Private Client Services, Fiduciary Services, or Financial Services Law. • Strong understanding of UAE AML/CFT regulations, compliance requirements, and regulatory frameworks. • Experience with CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, and goAML reporting is highly advantageous. • Strong legal drafting, analytical, and advisory skills. • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage complex legal documentation. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders. • Fluency in Russian (spoken and written) is prefered but not mandatpry. • Candidates currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining are required.
