Salesforce Technical Architect

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on architecture experience, and the ability to guide development teams while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements • Define technical architecture, integration strategies, and implementation best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem • Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance throughout the project lifecycle • Mentor developers and technical leads, ensuring adherence to coding standards and Salesforce best practices • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions • Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, MuleSoft, and other middleware technologies • Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure solution quality, scalability, and maintainability • Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend adoption strategies • Support estimation, technical planning, and risk management activities • Ensure solutions comply with security, governance, and performance standards Requirements • 7+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem • Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, Technical Lead, or a similar technical leadership role • Strong hands-on experience with one or more of the following: • Data Cloud • Agentforce • Marketing Cloud • Industry Clouds (Health Cloud, Education Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Automotive Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud) • Revenue Cloud • MuleSoft • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, APIs, and integration patterns • Experience designing enterprise-level solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and security • Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Salesforce deployment strategies • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications • Additional Salesforce certifications are highly desirable • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Experience leading distributed or cross-functional technical teams Benefits • Competitive salary and benefits package • Collaborative and supportive work environment • Career growth opportunities Arcsen is an equal opportunity employer.
