POSITION: PROJECT SITE ENGINEER JOB DESCRIPTION The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and site/project team with project /site supervision and managing the technical details, team coordination, and overseeing the project lifecycle from start to finish, etc. In order to be successful, the candidate should also demonstrate excellent project management and supervision skills and must have organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills. QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience • Valid U A E Driving License • With 6+ years of U A E site and contracting experience. • Interior Decorative Glass/Metal industry experience is a MUST. • Strong experience in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards • Ability to assign & delegate tasks to site & production teams • Excellent Leadership Skills RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist with on-site management and supervision to ensure project success • Ensure the project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines • Processes billings and project-related accounting issues • Assist in planning and executing decorative glass projects. • Study engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations. • Coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met. • Oversee the installation and commissioning of decorative glass installations. • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project plans. • Prepare project documentation, passes, and reports. • Supervise and coordinate the activities of glass processing and installation teams. • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. • Monitor work progress and quality, ensuring compliance with specifications. • Provide training and guidance to the installation team.
