Mechanical Engineer

Position Overview Location: Madinat Zayed - Must relocate We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer with strong technical expertise in HVAC systems, chilled water plants, and mechanical equipment sizing. The ideal candidate will hold a BS in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university and bring extensive experience reviewing mechanical designs, verifying equipment selections, and ensuring system performance and compliance .Key Responsibilitie • sReview and validate HVAC system designs, including air distribution, ventilation, and cooling load requirements • .Evaluate and verify chilled water plant designs, including pumps, chillers, heat exchangers, and associated equipment • .Review mechanical equipment selections to ensure correct sizing, efficiency, and compliance with project specifications • .Verify mechanical calculations, including • :Cooling and heating load • sPump head calculation • sChilled water flow rate • sCoil and equipment capacitie • sReview shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for alignment with design intent • .Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve design issues and ensure system integration • .Participate in technical meetings, inspections, and design reviews • .Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and support project delivery .Qualifications & Requirement • sBachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized and accredited university • .Minimum 15 years of experience in mechanical design, HVAC systems, and chilled water plant engineering • .Strong understanding of • :HVAC principles and system desig • nChilled water plant operation and sizin • gMechanical equipment selection and performance verificatio • nProficiency in mechanical design tools and industry standards • .Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills • .Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities .
