Role: Cards Issuing Architect Location: UAE Experience: 10 Years Notice Period: Immediate Joiners or Max 30 Days Only We are seeking an experienced Cards Issuing Architect with strong expertise in Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Card Issuing to lead architecture, integration, and transformation initiatives within the banking and payments domain. Key Requirements: 8–10 years of experience in Cards Issuing Architecture Strong knowledge of card lifecycle, KYC/AML, risk management, and digital banking Hands-on experience with TSYS PRIME, FIS, First Data, or similar issuing platforms Expertise in Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, EMV, BIN Management, and Tokenization Strong API & Integration experience with Core Banking, Fraud Systems, and Digital Wallets (Apple Pay/Google Pay) Experience with Microservices, SOA, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps Knowledge of PCI-DSS, Cryptography, Secure Key Management, and Regulatory Compliance TOGAF/Enterprise Architecture certification preferred Cards Issuing Architect – Key Skills & Qualifications Domain Expertise • Strong knowledge of Cards Issuing (Credit, Debit, Prepaid). • Deep understanding of the card lifecycle: issuance, activation, renewal, replacement. • Experience with digital banking, fintech, customer onboarding, KYC/AML, and risk management. • Understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF. Technical Skills • Hands-on experience with card platforms such as TSYS PRIME, FIS, First Data, or equivalent issuing platforms. • Strong knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, BIN management, EMV, and tokenization. • Expertise in API design and integration (REST APIs, Open APIs). • Integration experience with: • Core Banking • Fraud systems • Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) • Strong understanding of: • Microservices Architecture • SOA • Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) • Docker, Kubernetes • CI/CD and DevOps practices • Knowledge of PCI-DSS, cryptography, secure key management, tokenization, and regulatory compliance.
