Project Manager Contract

Now hiring: Project Manager – 6 Week Project MELD Advertising is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a client who is major international healthcare organization. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who is highly organized, proactive and comfortable keeping multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines moving at the same time. You will coordinate across client stakeholders – as well as MELD teams – to maintain project plans and ensure agreed actions and deliverables continue moving forward. Experience working on CX, advertising, marketing, digital or operational improvement projects would be an advantage, but strong project management skills are the priority. What you’ll do • Manage multiple small- to medium-sized projects and workstreams • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, actions and deliverables • Coordinate meetings and communication across client and internal stakeholders • Track decisions, risks, issues, dependencies and next steps • Follow up consistently and help maintain accountability across teams • Prepare clear project updates and status reports • Maintain accurate, organized project documentation • Identify potential delays and escalate issues appropriately • Help move projects from planning through execution What we’re looking for • Demonstrated project management or project delivery experience • Strong organization, prioritization and follow-through • Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and senior team members • Clear written and verbal communication skills • The ability to manage several priorities without losing attention to detail • A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership • Experience in healthcare, insurance, CX, marketing or communications is helpful, but not essential Location: Dubai (Remote).
