Title: Senior Accountant Treasury Location: Abu Dhabi Industry: Oil and Gas Key Responsibilities • Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity to ensure adequate funds are available for business operations. • Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts. • Oversee cash management activities, including bank accounts, payments, collections, and reconciliations. • Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and internal controls. • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks and other financial institutions. • Manage debt facilities, loan agreements, and financing arrangements. • Monitor and optimize working capital, including receivables, payables, and inventory financing. • Identify and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and liquidity risks. • Support Bank Facility process . • Prepare treasury reports, dashboards, and management presentations on cash position, liquidity, and financial risks. • Support budgeting, financial planning, and investment decisions. • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Business Units to improve cash management processes. • Evaluate and recommend treasury management systems and process improvements. • Lead treasury audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • Master's degree or professional certifications (CPA, CFA, CTP, ACCA, CMA) are preferred. • 5–10 years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or financial management. • Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred. • Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity planning, banking operations, and financial markets.
