Job Purpose: Support the delivery of a major airport development project by providing electrical engineering expertise across design review, site inspection, and construction activities. Ensure all electrical works, including High Voltage (HV) systems, are executed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and client expectations. Key Responsibilities: • Review and coordinate electrical design drawings, specifications, and technical submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable codes. • Conduct site inspections to monitor the installation of electrical systems, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to approved designs. • Supervise and inspect High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) electrical works during construction and commissioning. • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely project delivery. • Review material submittals, method statements, inspection requests, and testing & commissioning documentation. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental (HSE) standards throughout all electrical works. • Monitor project progress, identify technical risks, and recommend practical engineering solutions. • Prepare inspection reports, technical observations, and progress updates for project management. • Support testing, commissioning, and handover activities to ensure all electrical systems meet operational and client requirements. Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering. • Minimum 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with strong exposure to design review and site inspection. • Experience working on large-scale airport, infrastructure, or building projects is highly preferred. • Strong knowledge of High Voltage (HV) electrical systems; experience with LV systems is also desirable. • Familiarity with international electrical standards, local authority requirements, and relevant industry codes. • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary project environment and manage multiple priorities.
