Event Project Manager

Kensington Event & Media Services (KEMS) is looking for an experienced Event Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of premium automotive, corporate and experiential events across the UAE and the wider Middle East, working with some of the world's leading automotive brands. Contract: Minimum 6 months, with the potential for extension or a permanent position based on performance and business requirements. Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience. Key Responsibilities • Manage multiple event projects from initial briefing through to delivery and post-event closeout. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle. • Coordinate internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget. • Prepare proposals, presentations, project plans, budgets and timelines. • Manage procurement, logistics, production schedules and on-site event delivery. • Identify project risks and implement practical solutions to ensure successful execution. • Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships. Requirements • Previous Event Project Management experience (agency experience highly preferred). • Exceptional spoken and written English (native-level proficiency preferred). • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word. • Strong Canva skills with the ability to produce professional client presentations. • Excellent organisational, communication and time management skills. • Confident managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Professional, well presented and experienced in client-facing roles. • A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail. • An interest in the automotive industry would be an advantage. Essential Requirements • Currently based in the UAE. • Valid UAE driving licence and access to your own vehicle. • Own laptop. • Valid UAE residency visa (this is a contract position). • Willing to travel within the UAE and internationally as required. • Available to work Monday to Friday (9:00am-6:00pm), with flexibility for evenings, weekends, public holidays and extended hours during live events. • Immediate availability or a short notice period is preferred.
