Job Title: Project Manager (High-Rise & Mid-Rise Construction) Job Summary The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of mid-rise and high-rise building construction projects. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities 1. Project Planning & Execution 2. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management • .PMP certification (preferred) • .8–15 years of experience in construction • .Minimum 5 years managing mid-rise/high-rise building projects • .Strong knowledge of structural concrete works, tower cranes, lifting operations, and vertical construction sequencing. Technical Skills • Project scheduling (Primavera P6 / MS Project) • Budget management • Contract administration • Risk management • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations Leadership Competencies • Strong decision-making ability • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Team leadership and conflict resolution • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors simultaneously Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • On-time project completion • Budget adherence • Safety performance (LTIFR reduction) • Quality compliance rate • Client satisfaction score Show more Show less
