📍 Dubai Production City, Dubai 🕒 Full-Time | Night Shift | 6 Days a Week About LiL Nomsters LiL Nomsters is a kids-only cloud kitchen in Dubai, dedicated to preparing fresh, made-from-scratch meals exclusively for children. From school lunches and dinners to snacks and catering, our focus is on creating wholesome, delicious food that children genuinely enjoy. We're looking for a passionate Indian & Continental Chef who enjoys cooking for children and wants to be part of a growing, purpose-driven kitchen. Responsibilities • Prepare fresh Indian and Continental meals for children. • Cook school lunches, dinners, snacks, and catering orders. • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion size, and presentation. • Contribute new child-friendly recipes and menu ideas. • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation. • Manage ingredient preparation, stock rotation, and minimise food wastage. • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely production and order fulfilment. Requirements • Minimum 3 years of professional experience with strong expertise in Indian & Continental cuisine. • Experience preparing meals for children, schools, nurseries, or family-focused food businesses is highly preferred. • Passion for creating fresh, wholesome meals that children love. • Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices. • Comfortable working night shifts and a 6-day work week. • Comfortable working in a small startup environment where teamwork, flexibility, and a hands-on attitude are essential. • Reliable, organised, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen. • PIC (Person In Charge) certification is an advantage.
