Role Summary The Data Analyst will own business reporting, automation, and systems support across the group, working closely with Data Science & Business Intelligence and business unit teams. The role requires a candidate capable of handling Power BI reporting, data pipelines, Power Automate workflows, Speed system administration, AWS coordination, and mobile application API issues across multiple business verticals including Automotive Dealership, Automotive Trading, Rent A Car, Limousine Services, and related units. The ideal candidate should possess strong exposure to BI tools, automation platforms, and cloud systems, and demonstrate expertise in dashboarding, SQL, workflow automation, and stakeholder coordination. The position will play a key role in improving reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making across the group. Key Responsibilities • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and business reports used for operational and management decision-making. • Prepare business analytics, MIS reports, and incentive calculations for Sales, Aftersales, and Operations teams. • Build and manage data pipelines and Power Automate flows that improve reporting turnaround and reduce manual effort. • Support OCR, AI call center, and web-scraping projects, coordinating with relevant technology vendors and internal teams. • Handle Speed system administration and Speed DB-related configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancement requests. • Manage AWS account requirements and coordinate resolution of mobile application API issues with technical teams. • Work with business teams across Operations, Finance, and Sales to understand requirements and convert them into reports, automations, or system improvements. • Act as the first point of contact for systems-related queries from business users, escalating to IT where required. Key Deliverables • Deliver and maintain accurate, timely Power BI dashboards and MIS packs across business units. • Develop and automate incentive calculation reports for Sales and Aftersales teams. • Build and scale data pipelines and Power Automate workflows across recurring business processes. • Support rollout and stabilization of OCR, AI-enabled call center, and scraping initiatives. • Own Speed system administration, including database configuration and issue resolution. • Coordinate AWS account provisioning, access management, and cost oversight with IT/Cloud stakeholders. • Resolve mobile application API issues in coordination with internal and external technical teams. • Maintain documentation and SOPs for all reports, automations, and systems processes owned by the role. Qualifications & Experience • Strong knowledge of Power BI, SQL, Excel, and business reporting. • Basic coding knowledge, preferably in Python, JavaScript, or similar. • Understanding of databases, APIs, and automation tools, particularly Power Automate. • Basic understanding of AWS or cloud systems. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to coordinate with business, operations, finance, and technology teams. • 2–4 years of experience in BI, automation, systems, analytics, or technology support. • Experience in mobility, rent-a-car, operations, or service-based businesses is preferred.
