The role of Client Engagement Manager (CEM)/Sales Account Manager, centers around the sale of IFZA licenses and products and the building of solid relationships with Professional Partners and Clients, built on transparency and trust. This role requires to develop relationships and generate business from existing partners, and source new leads in order to meet sales targets. CEM's are also required to liaise with sales support, operations team, finance department and corporate trainers to ensure clients are fully informed of our products and services and the status of their applications. Key Responsibilities • Driving and monitoring sales through our network of Professional Partners to meet sales targets • Building and maintaining strong and long-lasting customer relationships • Generating and implementing business development strategies to secure new sales opportunities and professional partnerships • Organizing and attending regular meetings with new and existing Professional Partners and Clients • Assisting with any queries, questions, and concerns from Professional Partners and Clients • Engaging in all CRM activities, staying abreast of its features in order to utilize and maximize system benefits • Gathering feedback from clients and prospects and share feedback with internal teams • Liaising closely with marketing, finance, sales support, and operations to keep clients updated • Following up on client payments • Engaging in all CRM activities, staying abreast of its features in order to utilize and maximize system benefits Required Profile • Proven track record in sales/client engagement/account management • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets • Background in customer service/relationship management • Working knowledge of CRM platform • Full English proficiency is required.
